If its cedar you can use 12% 1 gallon 12% and 4 gallon of water with a little cascade soap .let dwell 10 15 minutes and rinse .rinse really good .your gonna have suds .so RINSE RINSE dont let it dry on the cedar ,then neutralize with citralic brightner.let dry to 7% moisture or less to stain.If you want call me im in buford ga if your not to far i can assist youspraypro said:It is cedar wood, and its mold and mildew on it as far as i know by looking at it. thanks guys.
