John, its not wrong. Robert Gave a UAMCC use to anyone who would take it. A few did, they changed the meaning and the legal status. The UAMCC today has nothing to do with the people or the reasons it was allegedly created.
Look when you give something to someone and it doesn't turn out your way you want, can't keep crying about it.
John I was associated with the UAMCC profit from beginning , I was there from the Non profit beginning. You can't tell me anything I don't already know.
I Know this , for the first time in the industry no one man has control of the destiny of this great industry.

Ron-- believe it or not your giving Robert way to much Credit here. He never controlled the Industry. No one man ever did. Your forgetting there were other orgs around before he started creating the 2 he's most known for. CETA is one of those orgs.
2-No matter how much you "Hate" the Hinderliters specifically Robert- you just can't arbitrarily changed history by taking away his UAMCC "Founder/creator" status. Its like removing Thomas Jefferson as one of the Founding Fathers of this country because of his sexual relationships with some slaves. He we'll always be known as one of the main founding fathers.
3-Doug Rucker has informed me awhile back that as long as he is involved with the UAMCC I will never be allowed into the org which includes my business which is majority owned by my wife. So yes where banned from the org. Also keep in mind one of the first things Doug did when he became the UAMCC admin he banned me immediately banned me there which till this day I don't know why he took such drastic action. Maybe Jealousy or he just "hates" the history of the UAMCC so much? I just don't know.
Bottom line- Robert is your Founder...& I helped bring this org out to you guys...& I get banned forever. So until that wrong is righted I will tell guys the wrong that was done here...until its fixed.

Plus over regulations is not good for anyone, never has worked and never will. Not today or tomorrow.
If you keep talking about hate which this has nothing to do with it shows how you really are resentful for all your past actions.
I do not Hate anyone, I choose not to follow the wrong direction as many have been lead in the past. I helped with many good people change this current state of the industry for the better. I'm proud of this and will let no one hurt it ever again.

Same here Ron. I'm proud I helped this Industry in the past including The UAMCC even though I'm banned from there forever. It doesn't take away what me & others did there. Also it looks like both of Roberts orgs the PWNA & UAMCC which both started as "For Profits" which you may not have known are both apparently "Not for profits today" & tbey both offer certs.
As for "Private" companies offering certification I disagree with your opinion above. We both know some guys who own "Wood Restoration" companies & they offer their own Certs. Nothing wrong with that.
Good luck with the UAMCC..& since I'm bannedI'll stand clear of it in all matters down the road.

Glad we both agree the PWNA was started as a profit and run by people pretending it was a non profit.
John just submit a letter to the BOD to reinstate , I'm sure they will deny it. But you will never know unless you ask

That's inaccurate again Ron even though you wish it to be true. The PWNA was started as a for Profit as was the UAMCC which everybody new except for maybe you(which I doubt)
As for my membership I asked you to donate because it was "Paid not free" for the year which you did. So there is no membership to ask for reinstatement. Doug Rucker & the org. can lift my lifetime ban if they want but if the UAMCC picks & chooses who can be a member or not there's nothing I can do to change that.

Doug let me make this as simple as I can so you can understand this.
#1 You notified me within the past year that as long as your a part of this org I will never be allowed to be a member of it(Your words) so that means you personally excluded myself and of course my business which now involves my wife.
#2 Look back in the UAMCC records and Ron can attest to this. I just paid my yearly membership when I decided to no longer be. A member. I asked to donate it which you guys complied. I was notified that it was donated so think a little bit here now... That year has long been gone so there is no reinstatement for me to ask for since I donated it.
#3 Do you really think anyone would join the UAMCC if they're restricted from any benefits they may have from there membership such as the being blocked from the bulletin board(which this was your first move as the admin there to begin tossing out a past admin)? This is where I told you the line "I was born at night but it wasn't last night"
People aren't as dumb as you may think they are and I'm definitely far from STUPID as you are trying to portray me to be. I will not support the UAMCC until you stop making this personal and lift the damage you caused here. I mean really what admin besides you bans other past admins-- that's a total joke which I can only conclude that you are tremendously Jealous of my past involvement there or your just a "Hateful person".. So lets see if I'm following you here..on #1 your saying you never said I can't be a member of the UAMCC as long as your involved?
#2 Your saying my membership for the year wasn't donated to someone when Ron told me otherwise? (Sounds like someone is playing games here betw. you two)

All I ask is you to right the wrong you did here because of your own "negative"feelings towards me & in turn I won't continously talk negative about the UAMCC for these childish and personal decisions you made here...on your own.

I do not have negative feelings about you. I will not unban you for the purpose of you not talking negatively about the UAMCC. I don't make deals on the orgs behalf. I can not control what you say or think nor would I ever want too. You are free to say what you think about the UAMCC, just don't lie or make stuff up.

Talk about "Calling the Kettle black" lol... Personally Tony I could care less who you want in the UAMCC. Just to help you here a little "Not for Profits" aren't setup so guys like you can pick who can be a part of this "Tax break" setup at your own leisure... Unless your saying this is not really a "Not for Profit" for which in that case you do have alot more leverage who can be a part of your company. Your tipping your hat here a little to much. You should stay out of this conversation because your not a part of it.

I'm out of this conversation now. I expect Tony Evans and Scott Stone to keep coming after me. I'm good with Ron and we still talk. The only one I want to hear from this is Doug Rucker. I really want to know if he truly believes in "Banning" a fellow UAMCC admin like he's done with me is really the right thing to do here within the UAMCC. I don't think so.
Also I want to add I'm not looking to also get banned from PWN. I helped/supported financially/ and enjoyed this bulletin board from it's inception by it's "Founder" Dan Flynn. I never was happy that the Founder here Dan Fynn banned Ron Marshall(Ron Musgraves name then) here for 10yrs. I'm not a fan of banning anyone.
I respect that Doug bought this bulletin board and since I have a 15yr relationship here unlike let's say Tony Evans who's been a member for a week...I'll respect the rules here and post in other areas.
In closing hopefully Doug can give me the ability I had here where I can post anywhere instead of my post going straight to moderation here in some of the area's. If not..... I wont be surprised anymore.
So what say you Doug Rucker-- bury the hatchet and fix what you have to....or we just stay "Status Quo"?

Ok Status Quo it is. I will keep telling many about this negative stuff concerning the UAMCC which is speared headed by you...and its a lie by you Doug Rucker to say you didn't know I was the admin there....so we'll leave it at that. Keep playing your games & I'll go by the facts like I always do.
Also--- for your benefit here-- fix this board because it does have operational problems(Easy fix).
