I have been trying to help my customers, in the showroom for over 25 years..
Every time a request for assistance comes to me, I try to help THAT individual with HIS issues or plans the BEST I can..
and as thoroughly as possible. I have spent WAY more time than my accountant wants me to,
but I enjoy helping people,
and I enjoy the praise, and I enjoy the knowing my engineering, troubleshooting,
..and coaching efforts are appreciated.
EVERY time a customer has called, or asked me questions in my showroom I get a "thank you"
I plan to profit, but my process-proceedure still remains..
help everyone I can, that is interested in what I want to help with..
A symbiotic "customer-supplier relationship"
..a sustainable one..
Now, realizing this industry is tripping all over itself in every aspect of the most important change of all..
conversion from the "power-wash industry"..
to the "Enviro-Cleaning industry"
You all talk about it every day.
I am simply triing to make it easier for everyone that "wants to listen",
gets a GOOD chance at a respectable position within this changing industry.
Everyone will form their own opinions,
everyone will have their own interpretation,
I'm just trying to bring the BEST quality education into a sesmi-public forum.
Our educational effort is NOT about Sirocco..
it IS about understaning WHat CAN be done, how Easily it can be done,
and how PROFITable it can be.
I am a teacher.

And expressing you opinion without knowing who I am, nor what I'm about is juvenile.
There are major changes happening in this industry that will affect all of us.
I am trying to keep the new guys out of trouble,
and the elders profitable.
