<B>I was giving my vote for Scott Stone, and Dave Olsen. Since they both have declined, I now give my vote to Mark from Easy Clean, but only if he let's in some other advertisers and allows brand names to be said, whether he sells them or not.
I do not agree with Beth and making it more diversified. This is a Pressure Washing board, not a Jack of All Trades board and if people need some winter work, they can visit www.therefinishersinstitute.com .
Mike has enough boards and on second thought of what I said earlier, merging the two is not a good idea.</B>

For crying out loud Beth,why not pull out of the race like a few of us did.
Just a few days ago you where telling me you didn't have time to help mod this board like you should.Would you mind explaining to us where you have now found the new time it would take to run the board..............I like rubbing ya head.

Hey Bigboy,
In December we were unexpectedly slammed with a whole bunch of new commercial clients, which is a wonderful thing.
It was the end of the construction season, and it's very normal from what we have heard. We got at least one job from each new prospect. That's 100% of the prospects, but not 100% of the work, but hey... being given a chance was all we asked for.
As the new season prepares to launch, we already have several crews in place. We did some hiring in December too. We hired three new guys.
The time I might not have had then, I have again now. And believe me, I do understand the importance of good moderators, and believe they are key to the success of any BBS. Yourself and others are very important here. I also realize that my focus would shift. I'm prepared for that too.

What took you so long outlaw,I've been wondering when you'd make that reply,I kept my word until a e-mail ask for my help.....it was hard tho not to reply but it can be done.....heck I knew you mess'ed me,just when you where getting to under what I was talking about I stopped posting.

I think dan get's to see why he's leaving the bbs now, better then he could before.
A retireing boss and everyone want's his job.

I wish that someone could make some money from this and that some of it is used to make things better.
Ron M started the roundtable meetings through the BBS and NJ is going to have 40 to 50 contractors show up at the next one.
Now im sure a salesman is going to be there. If not then they are nut's.
So you can say that the bbs is making money. Maybe not for the owner of the bbs, but it will make money.
The meeting place will make money,salesman,ect....
none of which could have been done without the bbs.
Bigboy is right, you can make a couple of bucks.
In my opinion a salesman has the best shot at making money.
If someone is making money they will keep the money machine in fine working order.
That is what I want from the bbs.
I have never voted yet because ive changed my mind as people have said"no".
Worst case is that some of the best people here get into a pissing match and we loose them.
I have learned plenty from everyone on the list.

It's basicaly that if you get more then one crab in a trap you will catch more crabs then if you just have one.
One crab might find his way out. If you get 2 or more in the trap. The others will hold him so he cant get out.

I haven't voted yet either Ron,wonder if we could make a few buck off our vote.We could vote for Cody if they don't send us some stuff,I'd like a new bass boat.The ones that did not pull out of the race will be ok to run the board,I'm sure whoever Dan picks will be ok,he's pretty smart.Interesting story about crab fishing,if he's the only one in the net can he keep other crabs out if he wants as to keeping others in if they want out.
he is to worried about eating all the bait to think about keeping others out.

hogcrabs,as long as you keep it full of bait you catch a net full,its a wonder being greedy like that they don't push each other out of the net instead of pulling each other back in,interesting.I know alot of people around here like that,think I'll start calling them craby.

You hadn't seen me on the other boards now have you,like I said and like most recieved a e-mail asking for help in giving the board away.Should I have turned my back and not helped when ask for help,I'm not like alot of you want-a-bee's nor do I think I'm better than the next person.GOD loves me,I do not need the loven from want-a-bee's as their path may lead me to drinking.Some say they can talk the talk and walk the walk lol lol lol lol be hard to do without a tounge while walking with a corncob *LOL*.

I think we found out some motives here though ... We have had members who stopped posting here and now that there is an "election" they come back only to vote.The reason is the Voting was an advertisment for some, they were out getting votes. Why did those who were up for "election" have such an interest in this BB NOW... where were they 2-3 months ago? I know they for the most part peaked in here once in awhile but for the most part they posted else where. Im not saying you guys are evil Heck I even posted else where there for awhile but This has always re-mained my main BB and it continues to be I post no where else. That dont make me better then you it just makes me committed .
Mark would be a great choice I enjoy talkin to him and he is very aformative however I do believe it would be a Mark BB and his products ONLY . I could be wrong. I would like Mark when he gets time to say what he plans on doing if he got the BB. WHat rules he would enforce on advertising , mentioning of products etc....
should it be only his products? or could he have some competition?
Beth as well I think we would also have alot of --- SEE DIRT RUN --- what would be her rules ?we will be overwhelmed with banners ? and advertising of her products and web site work?

I pretty much stated all that needs to be said already, but yes, I would apply some of the ideals of PWI to this board.........why? Because it works!

Personally, I think as a PWNA Board Member, your time would be better spent persuing the ideals of PWNA, not trying to corner the market and becoming the king of BBS land. Do one job and do it well!
