You may have to reapply your mixture 2-3 times if the tiles are really black. Let it dwell 15-20 an a warm sunny day, cooler temps. longer will take longer.

I sealed a 7200 sq/ft tile roof last month with Sherwin Williams Loxon conditioner. They say it should last 3-4 years. I used 25 gallons of sealer. I used an airless sprayer to apply, it is slippery when wet! Hope this helps Mike B

If your using a wand the nozzle size should be a 5.5, if your surface cleaner has 3 nozzles I would use the 2.0. It will drop your pressure a little but will not hurt the pump or unloader. If you use 3-1.5 nozzles I think you might damage the pump or unloader but Iam not sure! Hope this helps...

I use it to strip paint off of old historic homes, it works well by changing the distance from the wood to keep from damaging the surface. I have also used it to remove paint off of a driveway where the owner put it out with the trash and the garbage men spilled it. that happened twice this year!

The only way I know of is using a wand to clean the edges (butts) of the roof tiles. I have seen a surface cleaner modified with a nozzle mounted in the front of it aiming in at an angle. Were in FL are you?

Monday the wind was blowing 20-25 mph and a customer could understand why I would not get up on his roof to clean it. I told him the cleaner would be on his neighbors roof! The wind stopped on Tuesday, sunny and in the 80s all week.
