When building a new deck is there a certain time you must wait before sealing it? Been told a long time ago it is best for the wood to weather before sealing, is there anything to this? Also do you have to clean the wood before sealing.. ------------------

I wash alot of heavy equipment the 15 years in a coal mine.. Of course we had a wash rack which wa used a 2 inch hose to raise all the dirt then move it up to pressure wash..Time wise it takes about 3 hoursand we do this twice a month.. You must see this hoe for sure and ask how must detail...

I agree with Georgia and George ... I cleaned a few roofs and saftey is mostly taken into consiterion... We used a product call new- again, problem is I had to order it out of state... Need to use something that will kill the funus, mildew, mold and algea... Can pick up something at home...

HI John, Just finish striping and painted a house... I use a rotating nozzle on the house and works out better than scraping the paint... After the wash then used a wire brush to get the remaining chips off... Not going to get in all off without using any paint striper... Let in dry for 2 days...

Nothing I can say to help you ,but treat it like a pool system... What color is the tank you have? I haven't had any trouble with mind yet... Had it now for three years.... Color is black and is 525 tanks... When buying this they said a black tank would prevent what you are going threw...
