Hi, My name is Jeff and I am happy to have become a new member of the Power wash Network. How exciting! A resourse where you can learn, help others, and get answers without the competition. A club of our own! A pressure washing community.. who'da thought(?) If anyone would like to learn more about ME, I have lots of pics on myspace.

I want to extend my sincere thanks to the creators of the Power Wash Network, and the the members there in.
Of course, since I am new here, I could appreciate anyone who is willing to show me the ropes of this awesome net work.
Thanks!

Hi, From Murphree's Pressure Washing

HI,

I just wanted to introduce myself.

My name is Dave, I operate Murphree's Pressure Washing out of Nixa, Missouri. Nixa is a little south of Springfield, MO in SW Missouri.

I've been into pressure washing, on my own, for over a year now. I've used other forum sites, but this one looks like the best so far, but I'm new to this one.

I wash mostly houses, vynl siding, brick, stucco, etc, but I do take on the other jobs as well. It seems that what most people around here want cleaned is their house. I've cleaned decks, driveways, side walks, etc. I had my first fence the other day. It was an experience, but came out looking great, sorry, no pics yet. Alot of the info I got to know what I was doing on the Fence came from my fellow pressure washers from on line forums like this one.

I look forward to meeting everyone on the forums, and hopefully I can be as helpful to some of you as you all have been for me.

Lets Wash,

Dave

My name is Jeff James. I'm new to this forum. I am actually new to power washing all together. My goal is to get started in the power washing business but hoping for some guidance. My current job is being outsourced in early April so I will be buying a power washing trailer at that point. I am looking for any pointers I can get.

For starters what kind of audience would be the best target for a new comer? Cars for inviduals at businesses ? Car lots? Residential homes and driveways or business parking lots?

As I mentioned before I am new to the whole game and really seraching for direction. I am a person that is willng to put in the effort I just don't want to go back to working for someone else.

Also any suggestions on what is needed as a minimum in a power washing trailer for a person getting started.
I don't want to buy something just to find out it won't cut it or get something that is more than I need( Which I assume won't be a issue considering I don't have a unlimited budget)

I will be working in the Dallas Texas area.

Again, any input is greatly appreciated.

Just FYI. Forgive me if I ask what seem to be stupid questions but I would rather ask a stupid question than make a stupid mistake

[hello]

Welcome to the board.

Please post here first to get a welcome from the board,we are trying to make the main forums easier in searching without having to wade though nonneccessary post. With the new introduction forum added to the board it will help you to get to know the members and them you.

Thank you for helping,we're not looking for your life story,it would be nice to know alittle about you but a name would do.

I think these type of forums are a great help to new comers and veterans as well. I've been pressure washing for about 8 years and clean mostly commercial property. I've just turn 50 and the chances are that I'll be doing this until I decide to retire. I have my own business as most of you, the money is good, and a great family so life is good. I think we are all just trying to weather this recession.

I look forward to sharing ideas. It helps us all.

Allen
