why cant we access member profiles any more?

I bought my RK-21 from you know who a little over a year ago. I have about 40 hours on the burner, which is a Wayne by the way, not Beckett as advertised. The transformer went on me, but since its over a year old, they wont warrantee the transformer. :( A new one is $175 plus labor.

anyone have any magic chemical that works on spider webs? I know that dryer sheets keep them from reforming, but most customers dont want them hanging from the eaves. Does anyone know if the liquid softener will do the same trick? Thanx, Deb
